Sara Menikoff, Grievance Chair (FHS) addressed the Delegate Assembly meeting October 22 about the grievance procedure. In addition to contract review and clarification of grievance terminology such as past practice and improper practice,

Delegates also examined which circumstances might provoke the grievance process. Timelines, adherence to contract language and role playing were part of this process.

All FTA representatives are urged to make sure that their constituents know their contract as well as the process.
